Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to a jury trial. Arbitration will take place in Richmond, New York.

Disputes must be commenced within one (1) year of the cause of action. Class-action arbitration is not permitted. Disputes regarding intellectual property rights, theft, privacy violations, or injunctive relief are exempt from arbitration requirements.

Corrections

Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Victory Tool Rental and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your Contributions, use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

Return Guidelines

For a full refund, buyers must return merchandise in the case of a dispute or refund request. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility if the 30-day return window has passed. Full refund amounts are based on the total amount paid (including any discounts applied), not the listed item price.
