- Quick-start buttons: when the chat opens, tap Manual / PDF, Shipping info, or Warranty info for instant answers — or ask anything in your own words.
- Manual & PDF search: the assistant searches the web for the manufacturer's manual and hands you a working PDF link.
- Shipping estimates: ask "what would shipping cost?" and it explains freight/pallet shipping with a rough estimate for your area.
