Sales tax is only collected on orders shipping within New York State. Orders shipped outside NY are not charged sales tax.
If your NY order is tax-exempt (resellers, contractors, exempt organizations), submit your completed ST-120 resale certificate and any other applicable exemption documents below. If you already placed an order, include the order number so we can apply or refund the tax.
